Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Service within the Woodstock area is provided free of charge. For locations outside of Woodstock, an additional fee will apply, which will depend on the distance and travel required. Please contact us for specific details regarding any extra charges.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
If the client cancels, the deposit will be forfeited. If the photographer cancels, the client will receive a full refund of the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to the photographer’s availability, and additional fees may apply.

How long does it take to receive the final photos?
Final images will be delivered within thirty days (30 days) after the event. Delivery method will be online. Images will be available for download for a minimum of sixty days (60 days) after delivery, and no longer than 365 days (12 months).
